Conformance Check is proud to announce a new edition of the EHS Auditor product. The EHS Auditor IP Server Edition will perform all the same functions of the current EHS Auditor product, now called the EHS Auditor File Database Edition. While both editions have their advantages, the IP Server edition is designed for corporate users who need access via wide area networks to the corporate database on the server. The user can also maintain a personalized copy of the compliance database on their computer to perform audits or analysis when access to the server is not practical. Synchronization of the audits can be done when the user has access to the server. An option for a free upgrade to the EHS Auditor IP Server Edition will be sent to all corporate customers and multi-user EHS Auditor customers with product maintenance contracts. EHS Auditor IP Server Architecture

Conformance Check is proud to announce the release of ARTP Version 1.102. This version update contains four new features that are designed to provide ARTP users with additional options and greater functionality:

1)   Responders can now modify/add to their responses after they have forwarded an audit for review. ARTP manages the process, such that reviewers are informed of the change.
2)   Select findings in an audit plan can now be forwarded and approved, allowing findings without a response to be addressed at a later time.
3)   Anticipated Closure Date can now be backdated to show date the facility completed the corrective action.
4)   Audit findings are now automatically numbered for easy reference purposes.

Enhancements number 1, 2, and 3 are customer-selectable and can be disabled if the customer wishes to keep the same functionality prior to this update.
ARTP Version 1.102 is a free upgrade to all ARTP customers with a current Product Maintenance Agreement.

Conformance Check is proud to announce the EHS Auditor version 5 upgrade. Version 5.0 was designed to enhance EHS Auditor current features, as well as add many new advanced features. EHS Auditor now has the capability to create facility-specific Legal and Other Requirements Registries by simply dragging criteria areas of concern or legislation titles to a Facility Property which likewise are assigned to facilities. Facility Legal and Other Requirements Registries show, in a graphical form, the requirements of a facility and can be used to build custom audit plans that match the requirements of the facility. Conformance Check is proud to introduce the latest addition to its Corporate Assessment System. The EHS Auditor Self-Assessment Module (SAM) is designed to provide an efficient method of creating and completing periodic self-assessment reviews at company facilities and managing the findings of these reviews. A primary feature of SAM is the web enabled interface that permits users to answer EHS Auditor audit plans from their web browsers. There are many more cost and time saving features in this new system.

Tablet PC Enhancements - EHS Auditor automatically communicates the type of input (e.g. date, name, etc) to the Tablet PC, which assists handwriting recognition.
Company Network Settings - Any EHS Auditor Company can now be on another system. Thus switching between databases on your computer and any server just got a lot easier.
Managed Saved Audit Plan Transfers - Copying and merging Audit Plans between companies is also easier. New Audit Plan Import screen below.

Store Supporting Documents to ARTP Responses - ARTP Responders can now upload documents and images from their computers through the Internet Explorer to be stored as a supporting document in an ARTP Audit Plan.
Spell Checking - Users from the web can now spell check their audit responses directly on the web page without adding to web server work load.
