Creating an Audit Plan

Remember that EHS Auditor Criteria is a database of checklists and reference materials categorized by areas of concern. An Audit Plan must be created to assess a facility. Creating an audit plan is easy. Initially you will need to define your facility then select "New" audit plan and select the "areas of concern" that you wish to have in your audit scope. Then press OK and the audit plan will be created. There are other optional properties that can be defined for the audit plan such as 1) written Audit Scope, 2) Audit Team Members, and 3) Confidentiality Notice. A Confidentiality Notice can be created or selected from a list of saved legal confidentiality and privileged information notices. The confidentiality notice appears before a user can access the audit plan.

The screen image below shows the selection of US federal RCRA "areas of concern" to a new audit plan.
