Audit Plan reports

EHS Auditor has a variety of reporting options from simple one click reports to sophisticated custom layout reports. All reports can be previewed and printed to any MS Windows printer.

General Audit Plan Reports are convenient single click reports with popular customization options for each report:

  • Audit checklist - simple checklist report for a clipboard.
  • Full Audit report - Everything on the audit plan is printed with selectable response type filter to report only audit questions that had specific responses.
  • Recommendations report - Report on Recommendation and Corrective Action Plans.
  • M.S. component report - List of Audit Findings by deficient Management System component
The popular Crystal ReportsŪ runtime engine is built into the EHS Auditor. Seven Crystal Reports are packaged with EHS Auditor which can be customized or new reports can be added with Crystal Reports Developer version 8.5 or better. Once the report is developed it can be included into the list of reports and used throughout the network. Report contents can be exported to many popular formats. (e.g. PDF, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
