- Post Audit Application for distributing a report of "non conformance" findings, which require comments and approval by various stakeholders within the corporation.
- Web-enabled application for easy distribution to all stakeholder. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption used to protect sensitive data on public lines.
- Links directly to EHS Auditor database.
Overview of the ARTP User Hierarchy and Report Distribution:
- An administrator selects Audits for review and assigns responders and the sequence that they will review audit.
- When a responder completes their review, ARTP automatically distributes Audit Plans to the next stakeholder in the corporation.
- Next responder is automatically notified by E-mail.
- Administrator can request ARTP send E-mails to over due responders.
- Administrators can assign additional rotations through the responders ensure that corrective actions are tracked and reported to management.
